Eduardo Cusicanqui

Eduardo Cusicanqui provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Finance and Administration at Corus International, including IT, Procurement, Internal Audit, Global Office Operations, and Operational Excellence. He leads the organization’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) strategy and implementation across global finance and administrative teams, driving organizational change aligned with Corus’s strategy, operational needs and best practices in nonprofit financial management.

With more than 25 years of experience leading nonprofits and corporate ventures, Eduardo is a trusted advisor to senior leadership with a proven record of managing complex programs, streamlining processes and strengthening organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining Corus, he served as Senior Deputy Director of Project Finance at the National Academy of Sciences, overseeing financial operations across 20 business lines, and as a senior project manager at UnidosUS, where he led teams delivering national service models.

Eduardo began his career as a legal and business planning consultant in New York. He holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School, a certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Stony Brook University.
